师范专业认证背景下有机化学“三段式”教学法的构建与实践*

针对应用型本科院校化学专业的培养目标和师范专业认证标准,以“发现学习”和“建构主义学习”理论为依据,结合课程内容特点提出了基于学生为中心和产出导向的有机化学“三段式”教学法,并在糖类化合物、蛋白质和核酸章节中进行了具体的教学实施,对实施效果进行了问卷调查和分析。“三段式”教学法对有机化学教学模式的改革提供了一定的借鉴作用。     

分子模拟实验课程建设的探索与实践

We put forward the idea of building a molecular simulation experiment course. After two-year teaching practice, we write the experiment textbook which not only covers the classic experimental projects, but also includes the frontier hot issues, and open exploration experiment. This article summarizes the teaching requirements, basic content, assessment methods, the initial achievements made so far and the prospects for the future.     

Some New Regularity Criteria for the 2D Euler-Boussinesq Equations Via the Temperature

In this paper, we consider the Euler-Boussinesq equations in dimension two. Some new regularity criteria via the temperature are established by making use of the Littlewood-Paley technique and the new logarithmic Gronwall inequality.     

A Robust Mixed-Lanthanide PolyMOF Membrane for Ratiometric Temperature Sensing

Temperature sensors play a significant role in biology, chemistry, and engineering, especially those that can work accurately in a noninvasive manner. We adopted a photoinduced post-synthetic copolymerization strategy to realize a membranous ratiometric luminescent thermometer based on the emissions of two lanthanide ions. This novel mixed-lanthanide polyMOF membrane exhibits not only the integrity and temperature sensing behaviour of the Ln-MOF powder but also excellent mechanical properties, such as flexibility, elasticity, and processability. Moreover, the polyMOF membrane shows remarkable stability under harsh conditions, including high humidity, strong acid and alkali (pH 0–14), which allowed the mapping of temperature distributions in extreme circumstances. This work highlights a simple strategy for polyMOF membrane formation and pushes forward the further practical application of Ln-MOF-based luminescent thermometers in various fields and conditions.     

A theoretical study on the pure and doped ZnO nanoclusters as effective nanobiosensors for 5-fluorouracil anticancer drug adsorption

The electronic sensitivity and effectiveness of the pristine, Fe,- Mg-, Al- and Ga-doped ZnO nanoclusters interacted with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) anticancer drug are theoretically investigated in the gas phase using the B3LYP/wB97XD density functional theory calculations with LANL2DZ basis set. It is concluded that 5-FU adsorption on the doped nanoclusters has relatively higher adsorption energy as compared with the pristine zinc oxide. A number of thermodynamic parameters, such as band gap energy (E_g), adsorption energy (E_ad), molecular electrostatic potential, global hardness (η) and density of electronic states, are attained and compared. Also, calculated geometrical parameters and electronic properties for the studied systems indicate that Mg- and Ga-doped Zn₁₂O₁₂ present higher sensitivity to 5-FU compared with the pristine nanocluster. Theoretical results reveal that adsorption of 5-FU on the doped nanoclusters is influenced by the electronic conductance of the nanocluster. Therefore, Mg- and Ga-doped ZnO can be considered as promising nanobiosensors for detection of 5-FU in medicine.     

Efficient removal of As(V) from simulated arsenic-contaminated wastewater via a novel metal–organic framework material: Synthesis,structure, and response surface methodology

A novel metal–organic framework material {[N(C₂H₅)₃][Zn₂(ptmda)₂(μ₂-H₂O)]·(H₂O)_0.5}_n { GUT-3 ; H₂ptmda is 4,4′-([p-tolylazanediyl]bis [methylene])dibenzoic acid} was successfully synthesized using the hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. GUT-3 has a two-dimensional network based on dinuclear [Zn₂(ptmda)₂(μ₂-H₂O)]⁻ building units which formed an eightfold interpenetration network in GUT-3 molecules. Hirshfeld surface analysis revealed that H–H, C–H, and O–H bonds accounted for the majority of intermolecular interactions. Moreover, the interactions between GUT-3 and As(V) – the form of As(V) is AsO₄³⁻ – were analyzed in aqueous solutions in a batch system to study the effect of pH, concentration, adsorbent dose, adsorption time, adsorption temperature, and shaking speed. The kinetic and isotherm data of arsenic adsorption on GUT-3 were accurately modeled by pseudo-second-order, Langmuir (q_m = 33.91 mg/g), and Freundlich models. The Box–Behnken response surface method was used to optimize the adsorption conditions of As(V) from the simulated arsenic-contaminated wastewater. The effect of various experimental parameters and optimal experimental conditions was ascertained using the quadratic model.     

(NH4)Bi2(IO3)2F5: An Unusual Ammonium-Containing Metal Iodate Fluoride Showing Strong Second Harmonic Generation Response and Thermochromic Behavior

An ammonium-containing metal iodate fluoride compound, (NH₄)Bi₂(IO₃)₂F₅, featuring a two-dimensional double-layered framework constructed by [BiO₂F₅]⁶⁻ and [BiO₄F₄]⁹⁻ polyhedra, as well as [IO₃]⁻ groups, was successfully synthesized. The well-ordered alignment of these SHG-active units leads to an extraordinary strong SHG response of 9.2 times that of KDP. Moreover, this compound possesses a large birefringence (Δn=0.0690 at 589.3 nm), a wide energy band gap (E_g=3.88 eV), and a high laser damage threshold (LDT; 40.2×AgGaS₂). In particular, thermochromic behavior was observed for the first time in this type of compound. Such multifunctional crystals will expand the application of nonlinear optical materials.
